摘要
水量测量的方法有多种,如容积式流量计、节流式差压流量计、电磁流量计、蜗轮流量计等等,但由于农田灌溉量水要求的经济性和其水质的特殊性,使广泛用于工业上的流量测量装置不适合用于农田灌溉量水。随着水资源的日趋紧张,农田灌溉计量收费已成为必然。因此,为农田灌溉研制一种抗堵塞性强、经济适用的量水装置十分必要。对开发设计的一种新型的低成本农用水表的结构、工作原理、关键部件的设计进行了介绍,对试制的水表样机进行了测试并进行了误差分析。
There are many kinds of flow measurements, such as volumetric flowmeter, throttle differential flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter and turbine flowmeter.et, al. But many flow measuring devices widely used in industry are not suit for measuring in agri cultural irrigation because of the economy of irrigation water measurement and the speciality of the irrigation water quality, which usually has many impurities. Due to the increasing scarcity of water source, water metering and charging of farmland irrigation has already become inexorable trend. So it is very necessary to develop a new device with excellent anti-clogging property, which also should be economical and suitable. In this paper,a new water-meter with low cost used in agriculture was designed and developed, and an introduction about its structure, working principle and the key parts was shown, the prototype test of water-meter was carried and its errors analysis was given.
