摘要
介绍了APC系统在PTA装置应用的运行情况,针对APP机出现通讯中断的问题确定HPM通讯负荷为主要影响因素。在控制负荷满足生产要求时,修改通讯负荷参数,采取了相应措施。消除通讯负荷影响后,对装置关键过程变量如氧化反应器的燃烧情况,溶剂脱水器和共沸剂回收塔的塔板温度,加氢反应进料配置罐的液位,精制热媒炉的出口温度等投运效果进行了对比,指出PTA装置运行平稳率提高,APC系统投用效果好。
The operation conditions of the application of APC system to PTA plant were introduced. According to the communication interrupt problem occured in APP machine operation, HPM communication load was determined as the main influence factors. When the control load meet the production requirements, the communication load param- eters were modified, the corresponding measures were taken. After eliminating the communication load effects, the operation effects of the plant key process variables such as the combustion conditions of the oxidation reactor, the column tray temperature of the solvent dehydration tower and azeotropic agent recovery tower, the liquid level of the hydrogenation feed preparation tank, the outlet temperature of the heat medium heater were compared. It was pointed out that the operation stable rate of PTA plant was increased. The application effect of APC system was good.
