摘要
针对雷达机动作战通信效能评估的复杂性,提出了一种4个层次结构的指标体系,给出了一种基于指数函数的功效函数来实现定量指标的归一化,然后详细地分析了各性能指标.最后结合实例,得到了各性能指标的功效值,为雷达机动作战通信效能评估奠定了基础.
Aimed at the complexity of communication efficiency evaluation of radar mobile battle, the index system with four-layer hierarchical was proposed, and the exponential function-based efficacy function was given to perform the normalization of quantitative indexes, and then each of performance indexes was analyzed in detail. Finally by an actual example the efficacy value of each index was obtained, which grounds for communication efficiency evaluation of radar mobile battle.
