再生水用于盐湖滩田生产的可行性研究

摘要 运城盐湖滩田生产工艺特殊,一年之中,春季淡水溶解盐类矿床,经过夏季蒸发提浓、配兑,冬季母液分离得到产品。盐湖地处运城盆地,春季干旱少雨,淡水资源不足,严重制约滩田生产。城市污水进行深度处理达二级排放标准的再生水,是解决水资源短缺的有效途径。从政策、技术、经济等方面进行分析,再生水可作为滩田生产用水,既保证了充足的水源供应,又大幅度降低了生产成本,可收到良好的社会效益和经济效益。 The field production process of Yuncheng salt lake was special, in which the fresh water dissolved salts deposit in spring ,was concentrated by evaporation and exchanged in summer, got product by mother-liquor isolation in winter. The salt lake is located in Yuncheng basin,it is very dry in spring, the restrict of fresh water affects the field production. The utilization of reclaimed water supplied by municipal wastewater treatment plant,can improve the situation of water resources and meet China' s environmental protection policy, not only reducing the cost of production, but also receiving good social and economic benefit.
