摘要
介绍了利用摇臂钻床对汽车门窗框样件进行实际测量，并运用计算机将测量结果绘制成曲线的方法。实践证明，该测绘方法易行有效，为加工汽车门窗框的生产工艺制定和模具设计提供了必要的依据，从而加速了汽车零部件的国产化。
Brake force time-sharing test and analysis system is developed with the IBM 486 computer as the main unit according to the problems existed during operation of the current brake force test rig. And fuzzy judging analysis program is designed to take trouble diagnosis by means of multiple level comprehensive judging method. The system is principally used to analyze two main control values(magnitude of brake force and its response time)of brake force.
