摘要
通过实验室静态试验,研究了以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和无机铬交联剂为主体与固体颗粒形成的复合凝胶体系。在60℃下,筛选得到了堵剂配方:0.5%HPAM;0.3%~0.35%,交联剂;0.6%~0.8%固相颗粒Y-1;热稳定剂≥0.7%。通过岩心封堵率实验,体系的封堵率>98%,突破压力梯度>30MPa/m。
Through static experimental study,taking hydrolysis polyacrylamide and inorganic chromium cross-linking agent as main additive with solid granular particle,the composite gel system was formed.At 60 ℃,the formulation of blocking agent was obtained:HPAM 0.5%;cross-linking agent,0.3% ~ 0.35%;solid-phase particles Y-1,0.6% ~ 0.8%;heat stabilizer ≥ 0.7%.The experiment showed that the plugging rate of the composite gel system was over 98% and the breakthrough pressure gradient for these cores was over 30 MPa/m.
