摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国本科体育院校布局与体育专业规模问题进行了专题调研和分析。结果发现:近5年,本科体育院校占普通本科院校的比例从2003年的35.1%增加至2007年的43.2%;大量理工、农林、医学等单科性专业院校和综合性院校争办体育专业,比例占到了63%;华东、中南地区体育院校的分布明显高于其他地区,西北地区最少;体育专业(专业方向)数量已达24个,新专业不断涌现,但部分专业存在一些亟待解决的问题。建议:成立专门的"体育院校发展与改革"协调组织,负责编制院校布局和专业增设、调整的国家级规划,研制增设、停办专业的量化标准;高校进行体育专业建设时,要特色突出,符合当地经济发展水平,符合本校的办学定位。
With the combination of literature analysis,logic analysis,this paper conducts investigation on the distribution of sports colleges and scale of sports specialty in colleges and universities in China.The results indicate that the proportion of sports colleges greatly increases from 35.1% in 2003 to 43.2% in 2007 in China;63% of sports specialties are in non-sport universities;the proportion is obviously higher in the east and middle south regions than others, and the least in the northwest;the number of sports specialties has reached 24 and new specialties occur. It further puts forward that a coordinative organization on the development and reform of sports colleges should be es- tablished for the distribution of colleges and the update of specialties at a national level and setting quantitative criteria of set and cancel of specialties; the scale of sports specialty in colleges should highlight the characteristics based on the local level of economic development according to their orientation.
