动静脉脉冲系统预防出血性脑卒中后深静脉血栓形成的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较动静脉脉冲系统(简称AV泵)及局部按摩在预防出血性脑卒中后深静脉血栓形成中的作用。方法采用随机对照研究,将236例出血性脑卒中患者分为3组,第1组(AV泵治疗)81例,第2组(局部按摩治疗)76例,第3组(对照组)79例;于脑卒中后14 d行多普勒超声测定双侧股静脉血流速度及深静脉血栓形成情况。结果AV泵组2例、局部按摩组9例、对照组24例深静脉血栓形成。第1组与第2、3组相比在深静脉血栓发生率上差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);第2组与第3组相比在深静脉血栓发生率上差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于预防出血性脑卒中后深静脉血栓形成,AV泵治疗及局部按摩均能有效的降低深静脉血栓发生率,而AV泵疗效明显优于局部按摩。 Objective To compare the efficacy of the arteriovenons impulse system and massage in reducing deep venous thrombosis after hemorrhagic stroke. Methods 236 patients with hemorrhagic stroke were divided into three groups: 81 patients in group A were treated with the AV pump, 76 patients in group B with massage, and 79 patients in group C with no prophylactic treatment. Duplex ultrasound was used to measure the speed of blood in femoral vein, and assess deep venous thrombosis. Results 2, 9, 24 patients developed deep venous thrombosis in group A, B, C, respectively, and there was a significant difference ( p 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Both AV pump and massage are effective in reducing thrombocmbolic events after hemorrhagic stroke, but AV pump is better than massage.
