摘要
当前,国内外发达地区新一轮产业转移的浪潮正在兴起。对于安徽这样一个欠发达的省份来说,积极主动承接当前这一轮产业转移,切实发展好安徽承接产业转移的示范区——"皖江城市带"是实现安徽崛起的难得机遇。因此,我们要用宽广的马克思主义世界眼光观察当前的世界经济形势,把握产业转移的历史机遇,从安徽发展的实际出发,认清自身的优势与不足,明确主动承接产业转移的思路与对策,促进我省产业结构优化升级,提升我省产业整体竞争力,推动我省经济社会的跨越发展,实现我省的新崛起。
At present, a new wave of industrial transfer is just beginning to emerge at home and abroad. For such an underdeveloped province, Anhui should actively take on this round of industry transfer. A good development of Wanjiang City Zone will be a rare opportunity for Anhui＇s new rise. Observing the current world economic situation with a broad Marxist world outlook we should seize this rare historical opportunity. Therefore, in order to promote Anhui＇ s leaping development and new rise, we have to recognize our strengths and weaknesses, fix our thinking and counter measures of industry transfer undertaking, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and enhance the overall competitiveness of our industries.
