摘要
黄土的粒度分析是研究黄土工程重要的基础性工作.采用国内先进的WINNER2000激光粒度分析仪,应用于研究与开发黄土颗粒分析工作的实际问题.介绍了黄土粉体粒度测试方法的测试原理及性能特点,以及测量参数的选择.重点分析了测试条件不同对粒度的影响,得出分散介质、超声时间、浓度等是影响粒度测定的最主要因素.将测得的黄土粒度分布与传统方法得到的结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,激光粒度仪测量的粒径分布范围较广,采集的数据点比传统方法要密,测量的精度要高于传统方法,因此可以用激光法代替传统方法.通过比较黄土粉体颗粒的激光粒度分析与扫描电镜分析的结果,发现激光粒度分析仪所测定的粒度分布函数同时包含了一些形貌分析信息.利用这些信息为试样进一步作SEM测定创造了条件.
The grain size analysis of loess is an important fandamental research in Loess Engineering. Using the laser granulometer (WINNNER 2000) the grain size analysis of loess was made. Here the testing principles and properties are introduced, including the selection of parameters. Different testing conditions can influence the grain size; chief factors influencing the grain size are dispersion medium, ultrasonic time, and its concentration. Comparing the use of laser granulometer with ~the traditional methods, we have found that the laser granulometer can obtain a wider range of grain diameter,and that the data, collected are more compact and more accurate. So the laser granulometer could take the place of traditional methods. Comparing it with the scanning electron microscope analysis, we have found that the distribution function of grain size includes some information of Morphology Analysis, which is asefal for SEM measure meat.
