摘要
目的通过加强生物安全知识的学习,提高专科学校微生物实验室生物安全意识,避免微生物实验室发生污染。方法根据医学微生物学实验室的特殊性及专科学校和我校实验室的特点,制定一系列的相关的规章制度,如实验室准入制度,生物防护与安全制度,建立生物安全实验室标准操作程序等。结果通过生物安全知识的学习和实验室的生物安全管理,我校实验室有效的杜绝了生物安全隐患,没有发生实验室污染,也无一例因实验而被感染的学生及实验室工作人员。结论学习生物安全知识,增强生物安全意识,加强实验室的生物安全管理,能有效的保障学生和实验室工作人员的生物安全。
Objective Through enhancing study about knowledge of biosafety , improve safety consciousness and avoid pollution of pathogenic labrotaory in college. Methods A series of correlative regulations were instituted , according to characters of laboratory in pathogenic microbiology and feature of laboratory in our school, for example , entering regulations in laboratory, regulations of biology shelter and safety , establishing standard operational proceduer in laboratory of biosafety and so on. Results Hidden danger can be eli minate effectively by enhancing study on knowledge of biosafety and administration of biosafety. Laboratorial pollution and operator infecti on did not happen.Conclusions The safety of workers and students can be ensure availablely by studying on knowledge of biosafety , enhancing safety, consciousness and strengthening administration of biosafety in laboratory.
