摘要
海门大生第三纺织公司是大生集团中创办较晚,设备较新的一个企业,1921年建成投产时,国内纺织业的黄金时期已经过去。该厂举债营运,闯过艰难创业期,从1925年起取得了连续10年盈利的业绩。根据大生第三纺织公司历年档案资料(已公开和内部出版部分),代编并重新整理了前后19年资产负债表和损益表,结合历届董事会纪录、历届说略(营业报告)和账略,从企业经营角度,以统计分析方法,用大量数据和事实,系统地探索了企业成功的经验和不足之处,颂扬了创办人张謇、张詧的治厂精神和优秀经理的经营之道。
Dasheng Third Textile Company in Hai ＇men was established later than the other two, and is had a lot of new equipment. When it came into operation in 1921, the golden times for textile industry passed. So this company suffered a lot but continued to operate by debts and hardships. From 1925 and on, it gained profits for 10 years continuously. According to the archives of the company （published ones and inner ones）, we edited and organized the balance sheets and income statements of 19 years, so as to systematically explore the experience and drawbacks of the company with statistics and records of board meetings.
