摘要
以牡蛎壳和废玻璃粉为主要原料制备了空心管状型体废水除磷材料,探讨了在500~650℃不同预烧温度、不同样品配方及与废水接触不同时间下样品的废水除磷效果,从而选择最佳制备条件。采用XRD及SEM表征样品的微观结构及组成,采用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定废水中磷的含量。结果表明,含废玻璃粉20%、牡蛎壳80%的样品在600℃煅烧时除磷效果最好,12天后除磷率达到99%;XRD分析显示此时样品主要由3种晶相组成,CaCO_3、SiO_2和CaO,说明在此温度下牡蛎壳中的部分CaCO_3已经分解为CaO。
Hollow cylindric materials for removing phosphate from waste water is prepared in this research. The influences of different calcining temperatures from 500℃ to 650℃ ,different prescription and different contact time on phosphate removal effects are discussed. XRD and SEM techniques are used to investigate the crystals and microstructures. Ammonium phosphomolybdate spectrophotometry method is used to detect the concentration of phosphorous in wastewater. Results show that No. 2 sample with 20% of waste glass powder and 80% of oyster shell powder have the best phosphate remove effect, which can remove 99 % of phosphate after contact with waste water for 12 days. XRD shows that 3 crystal phases exist, CaCO3, SiO2 and CaO, which suggests that certain amount of CaCO3 decomposed into CaO at this temperature.
