研究了热处理对Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_9记忆合金相变温度的影响,利用示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)和电阻-温度测量仪等实验手段观察和分析了记忆合金不同热处理后的马氏体相变温度变化。Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_9合金马氏体相变温度主要是由成分决定的,然而退火温度和冷却速度也影响Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_9合金的马氏体相变温度,退火温度越高,冷却速度越大,相变温度就越高。
The effect of heat-treatment on the transition temperature of Ni47 Ti44 Nb9 shape memory alloys is investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and electrical resistance measurements are applied to determine the characteristic transformation temperature changes under the heat-treatments of the shape memory alloys. The martensitic transformation temperatures of Ni47 Ti44 Nb9 are closely related to the composition of the alloys. Nevertheless, annealing temperature and cooling rate have impact to the martensitic transformation temperature of Ni47 Ti44 Nb9. Higher annealing temperature and large cooling rate give rise to higher transformation temperature.
