摘要
阐述国内城市轨道交通不同的组织管理模式。以规模经济、范围经济和自然垄断理论为基础,对国内城市轨道交通组织管理模式进行比较;通过深入分析深圳市轨道交通组织管理中存在的问题,提出全网络一体化集中管理的模式。
There are many different organization and management modes of urban rail transit in China. This article adopts the theories of scale economy, scope economy and natural monopoly as the basis, compares the organization and management modes of domestic urban rail transit, explores in depth the problems existing in the organization and management of Shenzhen rail transit and proposes an integrated and centralized management mode for the total network of urban rail transit.
