摘要
以里程碑（Ｍｉｌｅｓｔｏｎｅｓ）控制法和前锋线网络技术原理为理论基础，研究建立了新进度控制法。该方法能有效地控制工程的进度并在实践应用中取得了较好的效果。
This paper put forward a new kind of scheduling control method.It is based on milestones control method and principle of qian feng xian network technique.This new kind of method is able to make use of dynamic methad to control construction scheduling,and has got better results in appling example.
