碘化壳聚糖季铵盐的急性毒性及降脂作用实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究碘化壳聚糖季铵盐(TMCI)对小鼠的急性毒性作用和对大鼠的降脂作用。方法:分别给予小鼠小、大剂量(2.25、4.50g·kg-1·d-1)的TMCI7d,记录小鼠体质量;将大鼠随机分为空白组、高脂模型组、考来烯胺(CLST)组和TMCI组,后3组建立高脂模型3周,再分别给予相应药物,给药前及给药后2、4周取血测定各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及体质量。结果:小、大剂量的TMCI对小鼠生长无明显影响;与给药前比较,大鼠TMCI组HDL-C水平升高,TG、TC、LDL-C降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但作用不如CLST明显。结论:TMCI对小鼠具有良好的生物安全性,经口服给药后对高血脂模型大鼠具有一定的改善作用。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the acute toxicity on mice and lipid lowering effect on rats of N - trimethyl chitosan iodide (TMCI). METHODS: The mice were assigned to receive TMCI at low and high doses (2.25, 4.50 g·kg-1·d-1) for 7 days, with body weight recorded. Then the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank normal group, hyperlipemia model group, cholestyramine (CLST) group, and TMCI group. Hyperlipemia model was established for the latter 3 groups before receiving corresponding drugs. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-- C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C), and body weight were measured before medication and at 2 and 4 weeks after medication, respectively. RESULTS: Treatment with TMCI at low and high doses showed insignificant impact on mice growth (body weight) . Compared with before medication, TMCI treatment group showed increase in HDL-C level but de- crease in TG, TC and LDL- C levels (P〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), however, these effects were lower than CLST. CONCLUSION: TMCI has good biosecurity in mice and it has certain beneficial effect on hyperlipemia model rats after oral administration.
