摘要
考察了江西省不同种类的陶瓷原料对玻化砖制造及性能的影响。以江西本地原料为主,引进部分外地原料,设计了以长石为主要熔剂、镁质粘土为辅助熔剂的适应长窑1200℃下烧成的性能良好的玻化砖配方。实验表明:江西原料烧成温度均较低,满足玻化砖低温快烧要求,但铁钛含量偏高,白度偏低。
This paper studied the performance of different types porcelain materials in Jiangxi Province,, and the effects of these raw material composition on manufacture and performance of the porcelain tiles. Porcelain tiles formula were prepared using Jiangxi local raw materials as the main raw materials, and adding some raw materials of non-Jiangxi, Feldspar as the main flux of the formula, and the flux secondary was magnesian clay, and the sintering temperature was 1200V in the long kiln. The experimental results show that, the Jiangxi porcelain raw materials are relatively low sintering temperature, meet the requirements of low-temperature and fast sintering of ceramic tiles, and contains more iron and titanium, reduce the whiteness of porcelain tiles.
