电磁屏蔽用镀铝玻纤复合材料的性能初探 被引量:2

摘要 研究以镀金属铝玻璃纤维为导电填料,填充热固性酚醛树脂制备出电磁屏蔽复合材料。通过测试和分析发现,一定长度下以镀铝玻纤作为导电填料仍然具有阈值性质,且填充量大于40%后材料的屏蔽效能开始保持稳定,同时用经典的同轴线模型公式估算了相同体积电阻下材料的屏蔽效能,发现其值与实测值具有一定偏差。文章分析了偏差的原因,最后指出材料自身结构亦是获得较高屏蔽效能的重要手段之一。 This paper is about electromagnetic shielding composite materials which consisting by Al-glass fiber and phenolic resin. Percolation threshold of the volume resistance is 11%, however, the shielding effectiveness will become a stable only when the content of fiber reaches 40%, meanwhile, the calculated result from Schelkunoff formula is different from the measured, especially when the frequency is high, we analyze the differences between the calculated and the measured data, at last the article points out that the structure of the material is one of the important means to gain higher shielding effectiveness.
