摘要
加速寿命试验作为一种氢镍蓄电池寿命考核办法得到普遍应用,80Ah氢镍蓄电池进行了模拟地球同步轨道最大放电深度充放电的加速寿命试验,结果表明,该种电池的充放电循环次数超过了20年的在轨等效工作寿命。但使用该种氢镍蓄电池的卫星尚处于初期业务开发阶段,蓄电池实际放电深度要远低于设计最大放电深度,不能较好地验证80Ah氢镍蓄电池加速寿命试验方法。
The accelerated life test is widely used as a qualified method to assess Ni-H2 battery life. The 80 Ah Ni-H2 battery accepted the accelerated life test in simulating GEO with the max. depth of discharge. The experiment results show that the cycle life of the tested battery in orbit is more than 20 years. Since the development of the satellite using 80 Ah Ni-H2 battery is still in the preliminary stage, and also the actual DOD of the battery is far lower than the designed max. DOD, so it is not such an effective method to qualify the 80 Ah Ni-H2 battery life.
