摘要
为研发工业锅炉脱硫除尘器废水回用处理新技术,构建了以多层叠合复合流沉淀技术为核心的絮凝沉淀处理中试系统。试验表明:当表面负荷u0≤4mm/s时,出水浊度平均值<10度,最大值<15度。随着表面负荷的增加,出水的浊度增加,但相对波动程度逐渐变小,绝对变化幅度增加。水量负荷冲击对系统处理效果的影响大于进水SS及pH的影响。
In order to study and develop the new technologies of recycling wastewater from desulphurization dust removal for industrial boilers, a coagulation treatment pilot system has been constructed, the core of which is by sedimentation of multilayer & superimposed compound flow. The results show that the average turbidity in the effluent is 〈10 degrees, and the maximum is 〈15 degrees, when the surface load u0≤4 mm/s. With the increasing of surface load, the turbidity in the effluent increases, but the relative degree of fluctuation reduces gradually and the absolute amplitude of variation increases. The effect of water quantity load impact on the water treatment efficiency is greater than the fluctuation of pH and SS of influent water.
