摘要
以三维建筑信息模型为主体,工程施工管理为主线,应用系统管理方法和思维,将三维建筑信息模型应用于工程管理的进度计划管理、质量管理、安全管理、采购管理等各个管理环节中,通过业务管理流程分析和重组,将三维建筑信息模型从单一的技术应用向工程系统管理应用过渡,使三维建筑信息模型升值,形成基于三维建筑信息模型施工工程的系统管理,并最终达到提高施工工程管理水平、降低企业经营成本、经营风险、提高企业竞争力和创造经济效益的企业管理目标。
A system management based on 3D construction information model, project construction management and application system management is establish, the 3D model is widely applied in project managments such as progress management, quality management, security management, and purchase management. By analyzing and reconstructing the management flow, the application of the 3D model is switching from single technical application to project system overall management, and a system management for construction projects based on the 3D model is formed. The implementation of the new system management greatly improves the level of construction management, reduces the cost and risk of the company, makes the company more competitive, and creats better economic benefit.
