西米替丁治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效观察及机理探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的为流行性腮腺炎患者提供一种价格低廉快速消肿治愈的新办法,观察治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效,进一步探讨西米替丁的作用机理。方法将140例流行性腮腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,对各组进行治疗前后腮腺炎引发的肿胀范围的左右径、上下径的测量值比较。结果治疗过程显示,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论西米替丁通过颉抗组胺的作用,舒张毛细血管,增强腮腺的分泌,使得流行性腮腺炎的肿胀迅速消退。
