摘要
动态路钱诱导系统为决定出行和已出行的人提供路网交通状况信息或为他们决策提供出行建议,通过这种方式影响出行人的出行时间、出行方式以及出行路线等的选择。在分析了诱导信息对路径选择行为的影响后,给出不可分的路段费用函数,把诱导信息影响下的路线选择问题组织成一个非对称路网均衡问题,并给出用嵌入遗传算法的对角化算法求解的算例.最后,讨论了有待进一步研究的内容.
Dynamic route guidance systems provide information on the road netwolk situation for those who are travelling and going to make a trip, and disseminate constructive informtion to improve traffic flow operations. The information helps trippers decide to select trip time, trip routes and trip modes. Afer analyzing the way guidance informaion affecting travelers' route choice decision, a non - separable link cost function is given and route choice problems under the influence of guidance information are formulated as a class of asymmetric network equilibrium problems. A diagonalization approach incorporating genetic algorithms (DAGA) is used to solve them. Numerical results show this model is able to describe the actual situation and the DAGA is able to solve this kind of problems efficiently . In the final section, a conclusion is included and some future potential directions are presented.
