摘要
目的探讨家蝇胚胎细胞系(MDEC^07114)的储存方法。方法采用不同的冻存方法储存MDEC^07114,复苏后观察细胞贴壁及生长情况。结果4℃保存1~2个月内,细胞复苏后能贴壁生长。其他4种方法处理后液氮冻存的细胞,复苏后细胞生长状态均较好。结论短期储存可选用4℃保存法;长期保存细胞,用90%胎牛血清冻存液改良液氮冻存法。
Objective To explore the store methods of cell line in Musea domestica embryo (MDEC -07114) . Methods The cells were stored by different frozen methods. To observe the adherent growth of the cells after revival. Resuits The cells that had been stored in -4℃ for one or two months could grow adherently after revival, so did the other four frozen methods. Conclusion Short - term cell storage can use 4℃ preservation method. For long - term cell storage, if the freezing medium with 90% fetal bovine serum was provided, the cells can be stored in liquid nitrogen better.
