摘要
目的探讨髌骨纵行骨折损伤的机制、临床特点、误诊原因,提高急诊科医师对髌骨纵行骨折的认识,并提出预防措施。方法对14例髌骨纵行骨折进行回顾性分析。结果误诊由多种原因引起,治疗以保守治疗为主。结论对髌骨纵行骨折认识不足、未拍摄髌骨轴位X线片是导致误诊的主要原因,因而提高对髌骨纵行骨折的认识、拍摄髌骨轴位X线片是预防误诊的有效措施。
Objective To discuss the injury mechanism, the clinical characteristic and the cause of misdiagnosis of longitudinal fracture of patella, to improve the ER doctor＇ s recognition to the longitudinal fracture of patella and to propose the preventive measure. Methods 14 patients with longitudinal fracture of patella were analyzed retrospectively. Results The causes ofmisdiagnosis were various. The mainly treatment was conservation. Conclusion The lack of recognition of the disease and the missing of axial view of X-ray of patella were the major misdiagnosis causes. Improving the recognition to the disease and taking axial view of X-ray of patella are the effective measures to prevent misdiagnosis.
