中小企业在泉州的经济发展中发挥了重要作用,如何突破中小企业的融资"瓶颈"一直是最近争论不休的话题,相关机构这几年在这方面作出了许多努力,但是真正要解决这个问题还有很长的路要走,不可能一步到位。其中面临的一个必然选择就是建立起为中小企业提供信用支持的多层次的融资体系。
