曼氏无针乌贼胚胎发育与人工育苗技术的研究 被引量:36

摘要 2003年以来,通过对乌贼人工繁殖生物学的研究,解决了乌贼胚胎发育、苗种繁育、成体快速养殖和当年生乌贼秋季育苗的关键技术,以期为乌贼的产业化发展及舟山渔场渔业资源的修复提供技术支撑。2006年利用乌贼仔三代和野生受精卵共6 810粒;孵出稚乌贼5 855头,孵化率为86.0%;获胴长20 mm的幼乌贼4 182头,培育成活率为71.4%;获胴长92~130 mm,体质量106~219 g的乌贼2 885头,养殖成活率为69.0%;通过乌贼的快速养殖与生殖调控,1 000头当年生乌贼秋季产卵151.6 kg,合97.02万粒。 To solve the key techniques agation, the reproductive biology of Sepiella cal support for solving the industrialization of fetation, seedling breeding and adult culturing in artificial propmaindroni was studied from 2003. The results provided the technidevelopment of S. maindroni and restoration of fishery resources in Zhoushan fishing ground. 6 810 fertilized eggs of S. maindroni, which were fertilized by the third generation and the wild cuttlefish were captured at Dongji sea area in 2006. 5 855 juvenils were achieved with a hatching rate was 86.0%, 4 182 juvenils with carcass length 20 mm were achieved with a survive rate was 71.4%, 2 885 adult cuttlefishes with carcass length 92-130 mm and weight 106-219 g were achieved with a survive rate was 69.0%. Under artificial farming and propagation controlling, 1 000 cultured cuttlefishes lay 151.6 kg, 970. 200 fertilized eggs were achieved in autumn.
