摘要
科技服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,加快其发展有利于区域创新系统创新能力的整体提升。从科技服务业的定义、分类及特征入手,探讨了科技服务业集聚发展的必要性。结合江苏省科技统计资料,从科技服务业发展的现状出发,提出了加快江苏科技服务业集聚发展的政策建议。
Science and Technology Services Industry is an important component of the modern services industry. Accelerating its development is conducive to the improvement of regional innovation system and promotion of scientific and technological progress. Beginning with the definition, classification and characteristics of S＆T services industry,it discusses on the necessity of its agglomeration. According to S＆T statistical information of Jiangsu, from the status of S＆T services industry,it makes some recommendations to speed up the development of science and technology services industrial agglomeration.
