摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法对经手术和病理证实的210例异位妊娠的病例的声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果超声声像图表现为典型孕囊型23例、混合包块型187例。结论经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像对异位妊娠的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound （TVCDU） to ectopic pregnancy. Methods 210 cases of ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed to the characteristics of ultrasonography together with TVCDU. Results 210 eases of ectopic pregnancy were classified into two groups： （1） typical ultrasonographic features of normal pregnancy but realpositioned （23 cases）; （2） ultrasonographic features of mixed masses （187 cases）. Conclusions TVCDU is useful for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
