摘要
目的探讨急诊收治甲型HINl流感患者护理工作的组织与管理方法。方法本科室于2009年6-7月收治了确诊疑似病例34例,均实施了有针对性的护理措施和管理方法,包括加强急诊护理人员的岗前培训和思想教育,建立有效的组织应急响应体系,加强急诊区域的消毒和管理等措施。结果34例患者进行发热医学观察,确诊病例8例、疑似病例26例,患者能够得到及时的救治,无1例死亡。患者对护理工作满意度达100.0%,实现了医院内患者零交叉感染、医护人员零感染的目标。结论有针对性的组织和管理措施是收治甲型H1N1流感患者期间预防和减少医院交叉感染的有力保障。
Objective To explore the organization and management measures of emergency nursing in dealing with patients with influenza A-H1N1 in emeryency room. Method Thirty-four patients suspected of having influenza A-H1N1 were admitted to our department from June to September 2009 and they were ＂all treated by pointed nursing management. Results Among the 34 patients under medical observation, 8 were diagnosed as influenza A-H1N1 and 26 were diagnosed as possible influenza A-H1N1. All patients were cured in time, with no death. The rate of the patients＇ satisfaction degree was 100.0%. No cross-infection among patients and occupational infection of medical staffs occurred. Conclusions To strengthen pre-service training of emergency nurses and ideological education is the basic premise of nursing work to deal with influenza A-H1N1. To establish an effective emergency response system is the key to effective treatment and prevention. To strengthen regional emergency disinfection and management is the strong support to prevent and reduce the hospital cross-infection.
