摘要
目的探讨过敏性紫癜患者的饮食干预方法和效果。方法回顾性分析和总结40例过敏性紫癜患者的饮食干预方法。结果本组40例患者,住院时间12-30 d。39例痊愈,1例复发,复发率2.5%。皮肤紫癜消失时间为10-15 d,平均(11.39±1.72)d;关节痛消失时间为3-7 d,平均(4.51±1.91)d;蛋白尿消失时间为15-28 d,平均(19±3.21)d;腹痛消失时间为5-8 d,平均(6.03±1.44)d。结论严格的饮食控制,可限制异种蛋白进入机体,切断抗原与抗体的结合,缩短了病程,减少疾病的复发。
Objective To discuss the clinical effieacy and method of diet intervention on allergic purpura. Method Methods of diet intervention on forty patients with allergic purpura were analyzed and summarized. Results Forty patients were in hospital for 12 - 30 d. Allergic purpura was cured in 39 patients and recurred in 1 patient, and the recurrence rate was 2.5%. The vanishing time of skin purpura ranged from l0 d to 15 d, and the average vanishing time was (11.39 ± 1.72)d. The vanishing time of arthralgia was 3 - 7 d, and the average vanishing time was (4.51 ± 1.91)d. The vanishing time of albuminuria was 15 - 28 d,and the average vanishing time was (19 ~ 3.21)d. The vanishing time of abdominal pain was 5 - 8 d, and the average vanishing time was (6.03 ± 1.44)d. Conclusion To control diet strictly can limit the foreign protein to enter organism, shut off the combination of antigen and antibody, reduce the disease course and reduce relapse.
