Process Improvement on the Synthesis of 2-(4'-Aminophenyl)-6-hydroxybenzothiazole

摘要 以对甲氧基苯胺和对硝基苯甲酰氯为起始原料,经4步反应合成了2-(4′-氨基苯基)-6-羟基苯并噻唑,总收率50.4%,纯度99.72%,其结构经1H NMR和HR-MS表征。 2-(4′-Aminophenyl) -6-hydroxybenzothiazole in total yield of 50.4% with purity of 99.72% was synthesized from p-methoxyaniline and p-nitrobenzoyl chloride by a four-step reaction. The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and HR-MS.
