Synthesis of a Class of Novel Conjugated Oligo-phenylene-ethynylenes with Terminal Amine and Their Photoelectricity Property

摘要 以对乙炔基苯胺为首末端砌块,经Sonogashira或Eglinton偶合反应,设计并合成了4种新型的氨基封端的结构对称的共轭芳炔化合物(1~4),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和MS表征。紫外和荧光光谱实验表明1~4均具有良好的光化学性质,其中1,4-双(4-氨基苯乙炔基)苯(2)和1,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯乙炔基)苯基]乙炔(4)在c为10-7mol·L-1时仍具有良好的荧光性。电化学结果表明,电位在0V~1V时,2在0.8V附近有一对不可逆的氧化还原峰,经过多圈循环伏安扫描后在电极表面得到一层有色的聚合膜。 Four new ethynyl-based conjugated oligo-phenylene-ethynylenes derivatives (1 ~ 4) with terminal amine were synthesized by Sonogashira or Eglinton cross-coupling reaction of terminal p-ethynylene-aniline with aryl iodine. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS. The UV and fluorescence spectra showed that 1 ~4 exihibited favorable optical property in which I, 4-bis ( 4-aminophenylethynyl ) benzene ( 2 ) and 1,2-bis [ 4- ( 4-aminophenylethynyl ) phenyl ] acetylene(4) possessed good FL intensity even being diluted to 10-7 mol ·L-1. 2 showed a pair of inreversible redox peaks around 0.8 V in cyclic vohammetry, and colored polymorized films on the electrode surface can be obtained after many cycles.
