摘要
利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对F40船板钢进行高温单道次压缩实验,获得了其真应力-应变曲线。分别利用三种不同的方法对F40船板钢动态再结晶峰值应力前流变应力进行了拟合和预测,预测结果与实验值相吻合,其中Jonas法的预测结果最佳。
The stress-strain curves model of F40 shipbuilding steel under different deformation conditions was studied by using a Gleeble 3500 thermo/mechanical simulator. The stress-strain curves of F40 shipbuilding steel before Dynamic Recrystallization Peak Stress were predicted by three different methods. The prediction data were in good agreement with experimental results, especially that of Jonas method was the best.
