摘要
对新型奥氏体热作模具钢SDHA的高温性能,包括热稳定性、高温冲击、高温压缩和热熔损性能进行了研究。结果表明,该钢在750℃下长时间保温的室温硬度可以保持在45HRC左右;在700℃左右SDHA钢具有最佳的高温冲击韧性,其压缩屈服强度达到700MPa左右;在700℃的熔融铝液中作热熔损性能测试,其长时工作的失重率稍逊于ASSAB8407钢。
The high temperature properties of a new austenite hot die steel SDHA was investigated, including thermo stability, impact toughness, compression strength of high temperature, as well as the erosion resistance. The results showed that the hardness of the SDHA steel tempered at 750℃ for 20h remained 45HRC. At 700℃, SDHA steel had the best impact toughness for high temperature, and the compression strength was about 700MPa. The erosion resistance in liquid aluminum of ADC12 at 700℃ was evaluated by the weight loss method, SDHA steel performed not so well as ASSAB8407 steel.
