摘要
随着中国经济的飞速发展及旅游产业国际化进程的不断加快,旅游广告语的翻译质量越来越受到人们的关注。运用规范理论的主要成果,在分析旅游广告语的特点、功能和翻译策略之上,探讨了其普遍性的翻译规范。为译出高质量的旅游广告文本,旅游翻译工作者一定要本着严谨认真负责的态度,充分了解旅游广告语的翻译规范和英汉语言与文化规范,不断提高自身的业务素质,增强翻译规范的敏感度。
Along with the fast development of China' s economy and the globalized process of tourist industry, the quality of the trans- lation of advertising for travel has been a concern. Resulting from the findings of norms theory, this paper has discussed the general translation norms after the analysis of the features and functions of travel advertising and its translation strategies. It offers some proce- dures to deal with translation practice and puts forward the suggestions for the translators to take a serious attitude to translating travel advertising, with the high sensitivity of norms in language and culture.
