摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声对异性妊娠的早期诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院3年来经病理学确诊的78例异性妊娠的经阴道超声声像图特征。结果78例患者中62例首次经阴道超声检查即确诊为异性妊娠,14例经二次检查确诊,2例经三次检查确诊。其中未破裂型46例,占58.97%,破裂型32例,占41.02%。结论经阴道超声检查能对异性妊娠进行早期诊断,将异性妊娠简单分为二型有利于超声诊断。
Objective Exploring the application value in the Diagnosis of Pregnancy outside the Womb via Vagina Ultrasound.Methods The analysis of the image characteristic of 78 examples of the pathology diagnosis of Pregnancy outside the Womb via Vagina Ultrasound.Results In 62 examples of 78 patients are diagnosed with Pregnancy outside the Womb through the vagina supersonic inspection for the first time.14 of them are diagnosed with Pregnancy outside the Womb via Vagina Ultrasound a second time,and 2 of them are diagnosed with Pregnancy outside the Womb via Vagina Ultrasound a third time,of which 46 examples belong to the non-breakage of womb,making up 58.97%,and 32 examples belong to the breakage of womb,making up 41.02%.Conclusion the pathology diagnosis of Pregnancy outside the Womb via Vagina Ultrasound is very useful at the very beginning of the diagnosis of Pregnancy outside the Womb.It is advantageous to the ultrasound diagnosis to divide the Pregnancy outside the Womb into two types.
