摘要 目前,对于胜利油田聚合物驱后油藏和三、四类苛刻油藏的开发尚缺乏有效的技术手段,针对此类油藏特点,提出了研发新型化学剂及驱油体系的设计思路。研制了耐温抗盐、扩大波及能力强的新型非均相驱油剂——PPG,通过产品结构设计及性能评价试验,优选出性能优良的PPG产品,并以此为基础,提出了"PPG—表面活性剂—聚合物"多元复合驱油体系的设计路线,考察了PPG与聚合物、表面活性剂间的相互作用及增效规律,通过物模实验对比了不同驱油体系的驱油效果。实验结果表明,非均相复合驱油体系具有很强的扩大波及能力和洗油能力,可有效开发低渗透区域,进入聚合物波及不到的剩余油富集区域,使采收率得到大幅度提高。 Now no effective technical means are qualified for the development of the reservoirs after polymer flooding and the third-level and fourth-level reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield. In view of the characteristics of the reservoirs, an idea is presented for the development of new chemical agents and the design of oil displacement system. PPG, a new type of heterogeneous oil displacement agent featuring in temperature and salt resistance, and high capacity of expansion, is developed. Through structural design and performance evaluation test, PPG with favorable performance is selected. On this basis, the design idea for multi-flooding system of"PPG-surfaetantpolymer" is put forward. The interaction of PPG and surfactant and polymer and the rule of improving efficiency are reviewed. Through physical simulation experiment, the oil displacement results of different systems are compared. Results show that the heterogeneous oil displacement system owns strong capability of expansion and oil washing. It can be used for the development of low permeability areas with high efficiency. By using the system, remaining oil rich regions, which cannot be touched using polymers, can be developed. So the oil recovery is enhanced a lot.
