摘要
通过对真三轴仪的机械结构及实验要求的分析,确定真三轴仪测控系统的总体设计方案.在研究了检测系统设计的基础上,针对传感器输出信号微弱问题,采用仪表放大器和低通滤波等电路,有效抑制干扰,提高了信号采集精度.采用具有多通道AD转换和数字量输出以及脉冲输出的USB数据采集卡,实现了检测信号的数据采集及其加载系统的控制.采用VisualC++编程语言,完成系统初始化、数据采集、数据处理、加/卸载控制以及典型实验控制程序的设计.此外,系统模块化功能设计,有利于系统功能的扩展.
Based on the machine configuration and the experiment required, the Monitoring and control System of ZSY-1 is designed. This paper researches on the measure system, which can detect the faintness signal from a sensor. With the use of instrumentation amplifier and low pass filter circuit, the effective suppression of interference and improved signal acquisition accuracy are achieved. Multi-channel AD converter and digital output of the USB data acquisition card are used in this research to carry out the DAQ and control system. By using Visual C ++ programming language, the system initialization, data acquisition, data processing, control machine, and the typical design of the experimental control procedures are completed. Modular design is convenient to the expansion of system functions.
