摘要
采用不同粒径的煤矸石粉填充高密度聚乙烯制备复合材料,研究了球磨时间对煤矸石粉体粒径的影响和粒径对煤矸石粉填充聚合物复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明:粒径对复合材料的性能影响明显,SEM照片显示超细煤矸石粉与HDPE相容性好;当粒径由100目提高到6000目,填充量为30%时,复合材料的弯曲模量提高了30.77%,弯曲强度提高了37.9%,拉伸强度也提高了20.12%,达到增强增韧的目的。
The impact of the milling time on coal gangue powder particle size and the impact of different particle sizes of coal gangue powder on the mechanical properties of the composite materials made up from the coal gangue powder filled with HDPE were studied. The results showed that : The particle size had the obvious impact on the properties of composite materials, SEM photographs of uhrafine coal gangue powder had good compatibility with HDPE, when the particle size increased from 100 mesh to 6000 mesh, filler content of 30% , the composite bending modulus increased 30.77%, bending strength increased by 37.9% , the tensile strength also increased by 20.12% , to strengthening and toughening purposes.
