摘要
护理专业的药理学课程的教学现状存在明显的学科性特点,教学目标与岗位需求存在脱节现象。对照护理岗位中用药护理的实际需要,必须重构课程的能力体系,对课程标准、课程内容、教学组织进行改革,为开发"用药护理"工作过程为导向的药物应用课程奠定基础。
The present teaching situation of Pharmacology for nursing speciality is obvious scholarly, the instructional objectives is divorced from the demands of jobs. Contrast with the actual need of medicinal application care in nurseing job, the capacity system of Pharmacology for nursing should be reconstruct, the curriculum standard, contents and the teaching organization should be reformed, which is to lay the foundation for curriculum development of Medicinal Application based on working process of medication nursing care.
