摘要
目的本实验为了探讨邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯(BBP)对大鼠肺细胞的氧化损伤作用。方法采用低、中、高浓度的BBP于37℃对离体大鼠肺细胞染毒60min。以MDA含量以及DPC系数为指标来衡量大鼠肺细胞氧化损伤的程度。结果BBP在低浓度时即可诱导肺细胞产生过量的氧自由基,进而攻击氨基酸生成丙二醛等并且导致DNA的断裂,随着BBP浓度的增大,生成的丙二醛浓度越高,断裂的DNA与蛋白质交联程度也越高。结论BBP对大鼠肺细胞有着明显的毒性作用,能使其发生氧化损伤,可为进一步研究BBP体内毒理学提供初步信息。
Objective To study the effects of Butylbenzyl phthalate inducing oxidative damages in lung cells. Methods The contents of malondialdehyde and coefficient of DNA - protein crosslinks were measured as indicators for lung cells in vitro. Results According to the results of experiments, BBP caused oxidative damages at low level, and the damage increased while the concentration was higher. There were obvious differences (P 〈 0.01 ) in the latter concentrations while compared to the control group. Conclusion The oxidative damages can be induced by Butylbenzyl phthalate in lung cells. This paper offers a basis information for the further study on vivo toxicology.
