供热管网回水温度过高的原因分析及其调节 被引量:5

摘要 克拉玛依地区供热管网回水温度过高的主要原因是:热用户内外部管网失调,设计中计算建筑物耗热量过于保守、锅炉容量与实际运行容量不完全适应以及采暖设备的放热效率不高。就上述原因进行了分析,并根据理论和实际情况,提出了改进热水供暖系统的调节管理,进一步完善设计的思路。 The main reasons which cause the superheat of backflow water in heat supply network in Klamayi are as following: the misadjusment between external and internal network of the heat consumers, the calculated conservative heat consumption of building during the designing stage, the boiler capacity to be more than the actual requirement and the exothermal efficiency of heaters to be lower than expection. This paper analyzes reasons stated above and provides an adjustment method for improving the efficiency of steam heat supply system.
