摘要
为研究薄壁吸能钣件的抗撞性,基于动力显式有限元法和全因子试验设计,结合响应面方法建立了薄壁钣件的代理模型。以结构的比吸能为优化目标,采用序列二次规划算法对结构参数进行优化,找到吸能钣件的比吸能随钣件长度和厚度而变化的规律,得到了该薄壁钣件的最优设计参数。
To study the crashworthiness of energy-absorbing thin - walled member, a surrogate model for thin-walled member is set up based on explicit dynamic finite element method and full factorial experimental design combined with response surface method. An optimization on structural parameters in conducted, using sequential quadratic programming with the specific energy absorption (SEA) of structure as objective. As a result, the variation rule of the SEA of energy-absorbing member with the changes in its length and thickness is found and the optimum design parameters of thin-walled member are obtained.
