摘要
芦荟冻干粉是一种食品、化妆品用的高级工业原料。由于芦荟成分复杂,在加工过程中,会出现许多不良现象。文章将芦荟冻干粉生产过程中的经验进行小结,重点对芦荟取汁、降解、脱色、过滤、浓缩、冷冻干燥等工序进行介绍,总结出一些保证芦荟冻干粉的品质、降低芦荟冻干粉加工成本的技术方法和生产经验,供广大芦荟生产企业参考。
Aloe FD powder is a senior industrial raw material applied in food and cosmetics industries. Owing to complex component of Aloe, there are many bad phenomena during the process of Aloe. In the study, some of technical methods and experience for Aloe FD powders were summarized so that the assurance of the freeze-dried powder of aloe quality was assured and reduced processing costs.
