摘要
以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷为原料,探讨了微波作用下季戊四醇双磷酸酯二磷酰氯的制备,用水作溶剂在碱性条件下合成了季戊四醇螺环磷酸2-氯苯酚酯,并确定了适宜的反应条件:温度6~7℃,时间4.5h,产率达56.3%。
An important intermediate--pentaerythritol two double-phosphate phosphorus chloride was prepared from pentaerythritol and phosphorus oxychlofide. With water as solvent, a new type of flame retardant pentaerythritol spiro phosphate 2-chlorophenol ester was synthesized from the intermediate and 2-chlophenol under alkaline condition. The experiment result showed that the temperature was 6-7℃, reaction time was 4.5 h and the yield was 56.3 %.
