摘要
预期失效分析(Anticipatory Failure Determination,AFD)是在TRIZ基础上发展起来的一种失效分析方法,适合改进产品的设计缺陷或解决设计中的冲突。游乐设施的失效分析对于保障其安全运行十分关键。笔者对将AFD方法应用于游乐设施的实效分析进行了探讨。
The application of TRIZ and its problem-solving tools in project design process are introduced. From the viewpoint of Ideal design,the application of TRIZ in chemical industrial domain is illustrated in details. And it is pointed that the popularization of TRIZ is helpful for innovation problem solving in chemical industry.
