摘要
本文提出了衡量科技期刊质量标准的请项内容,设计了评估科技期刊质量高低或等级水平的量化方法,并提供了两种评审表格。
In this article,the quality criteria of technical journals in evaluating are presented and two ways are given in table form,in which the quality degree and level about a pe- riodical can be evaluated with the quantization method according to its quality.
