摘要
邓小平的用人思想是邓小平人才理论的重要组成部分,内涵十分丰富,主要体现在人民公认、实践检验的用人路线;唯才是举、任人唯贤的用人原则;德才兼备、注重"四化"的用人标准;打破常规、不拘一格的用人气度;人尽其才、才尽其用的用人方法;放开视野、五湖四海的用人艺术等方面。研究和把握好邓小平的用人思想,对于推进当前我国的干部人事制度改革,公开公平公正地用人仍然具有重要的指导意义。
Deng Xiaoping's Conception of Making Use of Personnel is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory of talented people. It has rich connotation, which is embodied in such aspects as people's recognition, the praetice-verified line of making use of personnel, the principle of recommending and appointing people on their merits, the standard of having both ability and political integrity and emphasizing four modernizations, the unusual and unique bearing and the method of making the best possible use of men and their abilities while making use of personnel, and the art of of making use of personnel by broadening our horizon to all corners of the land. To study and master Deng Xiaoping's Conception of Making Use of Personnel still has guiding significance to promote China's present reform of personnel system and open and just making use of personnel.
